Hi, I’m Marisa Sawyer — creator and owner of The Spiritual Nook.

I’m a mama to two wild and wonderful little boys and now a baby girl, and the wife of the most supportive man I know. This business began as a dream rooted in love, expression, and good vibes — all the things I believe the world needs more of.

But it wasn’t always easy for me.

Self-love, confidence, and owning who I am didn’t come naturally. In fact, it wasn’t until I was around 22 years old that I truly started to understand what it meant to love myself, to express my truth, and to believe that I was worthy — just as I am. That personal journey is what fuels everything I do through The Spiritual Nook.

This brand was born in 2022, shortly after I stepped away from my full-time job to focus on my family and realign with my purpose. I started small — creating T-shirts, sun catchers, and milk/salt baths at home — and slowly built my way into a boutique rooted in something much deeper than fashion.

The Spiritual Nook is a space for every woman who’s learning to love herself loudly, dress in what feels good, and show up as her most authentic, soul-led self. Whether you're sipping coffee in your cozy crewneck or dancing barefoot in a flowing maxi — I hope you feel empowered, seen, and aligned.
